Mike’s primary focus at number8 is sales, which involves consulting with clients to understand their pain points and providing them with customized solutions to address their specific software development needs. He spends most of his day talking with people, including prospective clients, managers at existing clients, candidates, consultants, and the internal team. Mike’s day-to-day activities include opening opportunities with new clients, growing business with existing clients, and ensuring the team delivers at a high level.

One of Mike’s proudest accomplishments at number8 is securing a direct master agreement contract with Humana. It took years of hard work and investment in relationships with managers, directors, VPs, etc. to achieve this milestone, and Mike is proud of what the team accomplished. Outside of work, the most important thing to Mike is his family and girlfriend, and he enjoys spending time with them. He also loves watching and going to baseball games and hanging out in the backyard with his dog.
