She enjoys improving processes and her own self growth. She has a passion for people management, ensuring both consultants and clients are happy, and continuously improving processes.
As a software engineer, Cindy focuses on keeping consultants aligned with client requirements, managing the recruitment process, and maintaining a positive work culture. Cindy values the treatment she received from Day 1 at number8 and tries to pass that along every singled day. She feels valued and part of a team.
Since transitioning into a management role, Cindy works tirelessly to make sure our consultants feel the same way even while we grow.
