Bryan is the Director of People Operations at number8, a position he has held since December 2015. Bryan has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Licentiate degree in Psychology, a Project Management Specialization, a Master Degree in Work and Organizational Psychology, and a Business Analytics certification from Cambridge University. With over 10 years of work experience, Bryan has spent the majority of his career in the technology industry, focusing on keeping his team stable, organized, motivated, and happy. His motivations at work include motivating people to improve their performance, solving problems, and putting sense into chaos.
Bryan chose to work at number8 because of the company’s commitment to an authentic work-life balance and the opportunity to work with a talented team. He is proud of the healthy company culture, the team he built from scratch, and his contributions to improving company processes such as the recruiting and HR admin teams, the payments process, and the onboarding process.
Outside of work, Bryan values his relationship with his wife Cristina and his pets, a cat and a dog. He enjoys reading, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, music, traveling, trying new food, video games, anime, and training MMA.
