In a staff augmentation model, we add number8 consultants to a clients' existing development teams. The more included in every aspect of a client's process our consultants can be, the more successful the engagement. Under a development outsourcing model, we develop a client's application in-house, with the role of Product Owner being fulfilled by the client. This model can be ideal for smaller companies or even for new projects at larger companies where an existing team is non-existent.
