What do you use for ticketing, source control, and communication? - number8
June 25, 2020

Good communication, ticketing, and source control are at the heart of what makes our nearshore software development outsourcing services so successful. We are very oriented towards agile programming and scrum, so we are big fans of using Jira to manage work assignments, follow team progress, organize issues and plan projects. We have experience using Trello, Rally, and VersionOne, but these days Jira seems to be everyone’s favorite project management tracking software. For source control, we typically use TFS (Microsoft’s Team Foundation Server) or Git.
