We then qualify our recruits through a series of short assessments, video interviews, live technical assessments and personality testing. Very few of the consultants that initially apply to number8 make it to the desk of our clients. We are entirely committed to only recruiting and recommending a consultant to a client if they have the technical skill, English proficiency and personality ideal for the position.
